Hello dear readers,

How time flies - we're already half way through 2008!

It isn't always possible to pre-plan summer time with your grandchildren - maybe they live abroad, spend the time with their other grandparents or you just don't know when you will see them. Whatever the reason, Granny Look has been researching ideas to keep up your sleeve, ready for a last-minute visit or those "what can we do today" holiday questions. Don't be taken by surprise. Be prepared and keep a note of Granny Look's suggestions handy!

WHAT'S ON, WHAT'S NEW and WHAT'S TO DO

If you have young explorer or stargazer grandchildren take a look at www.rog.nmm.ac.uk Click on Greenwich + Docklands Festival, then under Events and Activities click on families.
